I wanted to share feedback regarding a recent visit. I ordered a garden salad to-go, but unfortunately, the salad appeared old when I checked it in the parking lot. I returned to the store, and the employee who assisted me was very polite and helpful, even offering me a drink, which I appreciated (though I declined). My intention in returning was simply to correct the mistake and to encourage extra attention when checking packaged items before handing them to customers. I value your service and hope this helps improve the experience for everyone. Thank you for your time and for the great customer service during the correction.
The portions are big. The salad, soup, and bread sticks are a meal by itself ...you could definitely just take the entree to for meal number 2. Service is good. This Olive Garden is super busy. I am surprised how pricey the food can be for a casual chain, anticipate $30 per person.
I came with my parents and had a great experience. We ordered the soup & salad, build your own past & appetizers. All of it was great. The best part was our server Georgie. He was knowledgeable, kind, and prompt. Thank you for a great experience.
The customer service has always been good, on the other hand the salad is usually very over saturated with dressing and very little lettuce to soak it up. They also charge $4.29 for a soda, the most Ive ever paid for any soda at a restaurant. The person I was with got a mango tea and it was $4.75, completely outrageous for a normal size drink. Very loud when busy, hard to carry a conversation if you are with people.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience August 23rd at the Olive Garden in Stockton! From the moment we walked in, everything felt warm and welcoming, but what truly made our visit outstanding was our server, Jennifer. Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was perfect. She was attentive without being intrusive, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and made excellent recommendations. Every detail was handled with genuine care—from keeping our drinks full to making sure our food came out just right. Her positive attitude and professionalism set the tone for the entire evening. It’s rare to find someone who delivers this level of exceptional service, and Jennifer made us feel like valued guests from start to finish. Olive Garden Stockton is lucky to have her, and I will definitely be returning because of the amazing service she provided. Highly recommend both this location and especially Jennifer if you want an unforgettable dining experience!
