The service is very good here. Yes, at times u mite be waiting 10-15 minutes for a table. But the food and great service here is worth waiting more. If you just so happen to like mixed drinks, I'd like to recommend trying their green apple moscato sangria.. one of my new favorite drinks. And there is never a bad time for the all u can eat stuffed pasta going on now.
I give olive garden a three cause I didn't do my homework. When we go to a restaurant we like to share, so we always sit at the bar and order appetizers. Plus we like to talk to bartenders and get their opinions. That didn't happen and I don't know who the bartender was, she never gave her name. We decided to do the 3 sampler and we told her that. The first item was stuffed mushrooms, what can I say..Fishy. The bartender said it had crab it. Then call it Stuffed Crab Mushrooms. I don't know about you but crab shouldn't be fishy. So it was either the crab or the mushrooms that tasted like fish. One bite and that was over. Second item was the Lasagna Frigga, the video on the kiask you could cut it with a fork. Not! It was so hard, dark in color, not even my butter knife could cut it. One bite and that was over. And last the last item was the Spinach Dip. Come on, at least warm up the chips. Not a fan of the dip but I was hungry. The all you can eat salad had two peppers, two tomatoes, and lettuce (not crispy). My soda and bread was good. So what I'm trying to say is stick to what the restaurant knows and order it. I'm from the Bay Area and never had this problem at an Olive Garden. I would have given it a lower star number but it was very busy, extremely loud, and lots of kids in the bar area. At the last minute I took a pic, poorly done but I wanted to get out of there. There are far better places to go on Pacific and the Mile.
Olive garden is always my fave to go to🙃🙃customer service is always on point👍
Excellent restaurant! Absolutely loved the pasta and the soup with breadsticks! Went there for a lunch and left full and happy. Truly a family style atmosphere with very friendly servers and staff. Quickly got us seated at a booth upon request and food was delivered promptly with drink refills. Highly recommend this location!!
When we arrived we were seated right away (probably because they werent super busy). Our server took our drink orders almost immediately and got them to us quickly, and then took our appetizer order which was served within I'd say ten minutes if that. Then she took our entrees order and we only waited a little over ten minutes for our meals. Service was very prompt and she never let our drinks get empty. Our server was very friendly and very helpful with any questions. We will definitely be going back in the future.
Went for a wedding anniversary dinner. Was crowded but got a table. Server was friendly. Food, wine and dessert were great. Liked the pay at table option.
Felt great to be back at my favorite restaurant since this whole pandemic customer service was great and the food was delicious as always
The food was excellent. We ran into two problems. The first came from the food not being prepared when they said it would be ready. We had to wait 20 minutes after our scheduled pick up time for them to make the food. Once we got back to our hotel, we realized that they didn't give us silverware. In our age of COVID 19, no one understandably wanted to provide us with cutlery at the hotel, so we had to go back to the restaurant where we were meet with a staff member who acted like we were bothering her by asking for cutlery. But again the food was excellent. The chicken gnocchi soup was one of the best I have had at Olive Garden. And I have had a lot.
So, I placed my to go order and the good was completely correct down to the extra items! But u want to send a super big shout out to the guy who bagged my order! I told him I was traveling and staying in a hotel. I didn't have any extras could he make sure it had salt, pepper and silverware. This guy made sure I had EVERYTHING I needed to enjoy a meal! He didn't go over board and wasn't wasteful. But he made sure I had the fresh parm, enough salt and pepper to enjoy my meal. I had requested extra olive, they were on the side so you could tell it was extra! BEST OLIVE GARDEN MEAL EVER!
The wait time was expected due to the state mandate 25% capacity. The waitress was amazing, & on top of it. She also had a great sense of humor. The food was delicious (all 3 meals at our table)
Sara made our date night wonderful. In a world of uncertainty. One this is for sure and that is Sara made our night with excellent service. If you see this Sara, again thank you!!!
Everyone dining were tables apart, not alot of people are allowed to dine inside. Table was sanitized for us to see when we got seated. Service was great , and all food was amazingly Hot and delicious. I have been here many times. But not since covid hit. So food would just be ok sometimes. But with minimal people, staff has time for you and food comes out piping hot. 5 stars!
