Absolutely one of my favorite sushi spots in Stockton. Raw Sushi Bistro has consistently great sushi, fresh fish, and really good presentation. The rolls are creative, the portions are solid, and everything tastes high quality. The atmosphere is modern and relaxed, and the staff has always been friendly and attentive every time I’ve gone. Whether you’re going for a casual dinner, date night, or meeting friends, it’s a great spot. Highly recommend if you’re looking for some of the best sushi in the Stockton area.
Highly recommend placing a reservation during the weekend as it can become incredibly busy. . . however we settled with sitting at the sushi bar and the food was amazing! It can be worth the wait! I wouldn’t skip out on ordering their garlic edamame..especially the spicy one! wendy was very sweet and took her time helping us pick out our rolls according to our likes as well, the roadkill is a HIT! Definitely will come in at an earlier time next time we’re in town though, lesson learned!
No wait, love the small area. One person was at the bar. Great service, food was delicious and perfectly cooked ( Teriyaki beef Entree)
Always a good place to come for a cold beer and fresh sushi. It's always super busy here so there's usually a wait. Our waitress was great. She was very attentive and checked on us.
We drive from Manteca to eat here anytime we crave sushi. There are several sushi places much closer that we used to frequent, but they just don't cut it anymore. If we want sushi, we go to Raw. It's simply amazing.
