Laurena front desk worker in the morning has great customer service extremely polite
This place is amazing and are very kind. And the rooms are always clean and tighty.
The room was really nice, flew in from Oklahoma and the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. After flying for almost 2 days she welcomed me with open arms❤ got me in a comfortable room really quick, if she had only knew how my day had went it. I appreciate everything here!
Ignore the 2 stars some people have left. It’s literally right off the freeway. I stayed on the 3rd floor away from I5 so it was quieter. Had a palm tree canal view. This hotel has a continental breakfast too. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom shower surround was marble slab, nice. Cesar was very helpful and welcoming, opened the door with a smile and was very engaging. I’ll be back.
Red Roof has been awesome….they stay on the cheaper side but rooms are decent and there is a pool. I especially appreciate the staff from front desk to the security dude. They cool as hell and don’t be all in your business like that. They are welcoming and super personable. Real people :) know that they want a $50 cash deposit but if you renew they just let you keep the same $50 down so they ain’t trying to hustle you or hold your money from your deposit for 14 days like some of these other spots around here. Thanks red roof for letting me stay with ya’ll for most of my travel nurse contract and thank you for breakfast every morning. I would say that some different sauces and or flavors to go on the waffles would be extra cool (chocolate, peanut butter, caramel, raspberry, or strawberry and some whip cream :) :) :) yummmy
