Anita and Cesar are great Friendly helpful. I gave a 4 star only because of the noise. Great location easy to find…. But very close to lots of traffic. For the price definitely worth it. We have 2 animals. They were very accommodating and worked great for us. We will stay on our way back through if we go that way
Amazing customer service they ate so nice and the room is clean and they have a microwave which is great! They also have an elevator for handicap people.
Anytime I come to here, I absolutely love and appreciate the The beds and bedding lol. They're super comfortable w/fresh and clean sheets. The front desk employees usually are very helpful and considerate if you need a little extra time to checkout. Also like that you don't have to have a bank or credit card n have the option of just paying in cash. B
Great service and a very clean comfy room. I needed handicapped parking and several cars with no placards were parked in the handicapped spots, I suspect because they didn't want to park out of view of the office. The neighborhood doesn't seem great but the room was what we needed for the night when traveling with two cats
Customer service was amazing!! I had an incident around 11 PM and I called the front desk and the lady in the front personally brought me some blankets and sheets to replace my bedding and a towel to cover the spill! So happy she went out of her way to bring me that at almost midnight!
