A very good location with plenty of services within walking distance. Rooms are spacious with a kitchen and full size fridge. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They also offer a complimentary breakfast, which ends at 10 am. Great for late risers. Only complaint is that it was noisy being rifles next to an entrance. Door opening and closing can be heard all the time.
I feel compelled to write a review about exceptional customer service. I checked into this Residence Inn and met Abdullah at the front desk and he provided excellent service checking me in. He was quick and thorough and explained everything about the hotel and was very friendly. When I got to my room I tried to hook my Roku device up to the TV. Nothing that I tried worked and then I noticed that the box on the back was broken. I contacted Abdullah and he immediately sent a maintenance person, Dale, to my room. Dale recognize that the box was broken and went and promptly got a new one. That also didn't work so rather than wasting time trying to figure it out he worked with Abdullah to change my room. They work together to find one close by since I had already brought all my things in. Dale even went and got my keys to the new room and got a cart and moved all my stuff for me and when we got to the new room he waited and helped connect my Roku device to make sure that it worked. Both were extremely friendly and helpful and made sure that my experience would be a good one after the broken TV. Things like a broken TV happen but what matters is how people respond. Both Abdullah and Dale went above and beyond and provided me with exceptional customer service. I appreciate it very much and if I am back in this area again I will definitely stay here because of their customer service. Thank you Abdullah and Dale!! I appreciate it and you both.
Shared the room with two beds and a pull out couch. It functioned like it should. Rooms were nice, clean and comfy. Called front desk to get a later checkout and they obliged. Also called to get sheets for pullout couch and they delivered fast. Breakfast in the morning was good. When we checked in, it was cold so was looking for some hot drinks. There was none but they did offer to make some fresh coffee, which was nice. Just kind of wished there was some already made. Not a deal breaker but weather being cold and foggy……..If staying in Stockton in that area again would definitely think about staying there again.
Hands down the best Marriott staff I've encountered in a LONG time. They were so friendly, warm and kind. I even wanted to sit by the fire pit and they brought me a blanket so I wouldn't be cold! Absolutely incredible team!!
Very comfortable stay. Will definitely use this hotel again if we are up here.
