I stayed two weeks for work. The hotel is located near gated communities, a lake, and a golf course, providing a safe, scenic place to walk/jog. The immediate area has few restaurants, but there are several options a short car ride away. The hotel’s service was top notch, specifically Rachael at the front desk. She was welcoming, personable, and accommodating as she cheerfully connected with each guest as they checked in and passed through the lobby. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and interaction with the staff. Thank you very much.
I'm giving them five stars because the rooms were great and the management was very patient and helpful with a credit card issue my mother had, but I am going to mention that we had difficulty getting hot water during peak shower-time hours, hopefully they can get that issue resolved.
Legit for anyone needing a longer stay. The rooms are like mini apartments with full kitchens, so it feels super homey. Big props to the friendly staff and housekeeping for making everything so easy and chill. Plus, it's close to shops and food, which is a huge win.
Staffs are fantastic. Spacious rooms. Went there to visit a family. Safe place to stay especially in Stockton.
Went for a weekend and have a lovely time while staying there clean and close to shopping
