Overview
From Koroni, Greece to Lodi California STAMA WINE. The Kapiniaris family has a wine grape growing heritage that stretches back five generations to the vineyards in the south of Greece.
Stama Winery is currently located in the Vino Piazza. The piazza was once a co-op winery for the farmers in the 40s. Their tasting room is in what used to be the boiler room for making brandy. It is like being inside a huge distill when you come taste with us. Vino Piazza is a very historical place that takes you back in time with the feeling of a European Village.

I didn't sample the wine but the corvette of Lodi show was 😍😍😍. Those cars were so cool. Definitely going back for wine tasting soon. Even got to watch a cool airshow by a show off.
What an incredible experience. Brought a large tour group and Stama really rolled out the red carpet for us. We learned a lot about how wine is produced, got to sample five of their wines, all of which were great, and even take home a few bottles. Definitely worth a return trip.
Definitely a hidden gem in Lodi. Owned by father and son from Greek heritage, you definitely get special service and treatment. They have a small but nice outdoor area, with a little bit of grass that our kids enjoy when we are here. I personally prefer their red wines over their whites, but it was clear that all their wines are made with care.
Such a hidden gem. There were 5 of us that came in Memorial Day 5/27/24 and we were treated super nicely. The price for a tasting is $15 and you can choose any 5 wines + you get some cheese and salame. I would definitely return. The sparkling wine was super refreshing and perfect for summer. They are open 7 days a week, 10/10 recommend everyone to at least try it out.
