The Stockton Community Kitchen International Food Hub is currently open for lunch on weekdays, 11:00am-2:00pm with four different types of cuisine; Soul Food, Haitian Food, Vegan-Mexican Food, and Puerto Rican Food prepared by local entrepreneurs who are launching their own culinary careers.

The Stockton Community Kitchen (SCK) is a culinary incubator established in 2020 to support food entrepreneurs in launching their own food related business. The SCK International Food Hub is providing a space for these entrepreneurs to introduce their products to the community.
