Very nice for this early in the year. Greens were smooth and faster than expected. There were still several soggy spots from the winter rains, but grounds crew seemed to be keeping up with maintenance. Some construction on a couple holes that caused minor confusion. Super day for golf and even heard some sea lions out on the water

Update 03/18/2022: The servers here are great as they are friendly and accommodating. Though we typically don't mind waiting for our food, it took almost 2 hours for us to be served. The drinks and appetizers arrived within an acceptable time frame from when we placed our orders. But it took an extraordinarily long time before our entrees came. Everyone else in the room had already been served and were leaving before our food came. When we finally got our plates, we were definitely ready to eat. I had the prawn louie salad, which had 5 prawns and a sprinkling of bay shrimp. It was an average salad; nothing spectacular. My husband had the calamari steak, which he thoroughly enjoyed. The desserts were tasty. We tried the peach upside down cake and the New York cheesecake. It was a great visit with friends; just not sure if the food was worth the visit. Previous visit: I had the meatloaf special with green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy and my husband had a cheeseburger and fries. The food was tasty. The servers were friendly and somewhat attentive as there was a full crowd in the grill watching the baseball game. It was a fun time watching the game.

Just went to the Stockton Fire Department retirement dinner last night. Great time and the dinner was unbelievable ! Filet and Chicken breast with fresh green beans. It was as good as the best restaurant around. My compliments to the Chef and the staff. Great Job!

Walking up to the levee by Alpine and Rainier....Clipping back some of the bushes so we can walk on the Countryclub side without getting run over! luckily most people give us space🙂

I only gave this course a 3 star because of the way I was treated by members of the club not the staff. The staff was very helpful and eager to assist but some of the members didn't like my presence on the property. At $500 dollars a month I could understand why some members would feel like a black man shouldn't be on the course. I love this course and the staff was very professional but they need to clean house and get rid of the Archie Bunker members immediately.

Nice course with wide fairways...played ok. Nice to finish the final hole with a putt in par. No sand for this guy and didn't lose any golf balls. It was a good day 😁
