Overview

Through a series of social and fund-raising events, the Stockton Opera and Guild helps to bring an annual opera production each Summer to the Stockton community. The Guild also organizes and funds the Stockton Opera Guild-Kathe Underwood Scholarship Competition, which provides financial awards to promising young singers who plan to study opera. The Stockton Opera Guild acts as ambassadors of opera, encouraging new and old friends to come and experience the annual Opera performance and other musically-oriented events.
