Worked here recently. Management is doing a great job cleaning up property and handling maintainance issues. Stockton needs more businesses like this one that provide low income housing and actually take care of the property.

Under new management, place is getting better. Update....New manager is strict but fair. This place has made a complete change from the previous manager. Can't wait to see what a great place she makes it!
