Popped in for a quick feed as we were staying next door. The food was tasty, fresh, well made, generous portion and very enjoyable. The Katsu was yummy and the BBQ meats excellent. Vegetables were just right and would happily eat here again. Enjoy
The food here was fantastic. It truly is Hawaiian BBQ. The teriyaki is fantastic along with their short ribs. I would suggest get those two meats in a combo. Also the macaroni salad was surprisingly really good. It's hard to find someone who knows how to make a good macaroni salad. I definitely get my thumbs up on this place.
Great Hawaiian BBQ place to stop in or takeout. Visited a couple times for meals when passing through Stockton. I appreciate that the kalua pork wasn't too salty like at some of the more popular chains. The Hawaiian ribs were grilled to the point it was almost like beef jerky. Very good flavor. The fried fish was good too.
I drive by this place all the time and I am fairly new to Stockton, so I decided to stop by. Plenty of parking and lota of people eating there, so I was hyped. I ordered the bbq chicken combo and a canned green tea lychee. The cashier was very...impatient. The menu is fairly small but I am indecisive, so I asked for her recommendation. She just told me to pick something. Overall service is quick. The portion is hefty. I mainly give it 3 stars because their combo plates are more expensive than any other Hawaiian food place I've ever been to (and I am from the Bay Area). Also, the taste was 7/10. It didn't suck, but it really lacked flavor. I would not come here again. Not worth the price.
