Overview
In operation since 1947, The Fruit Bowl continues to provide the freshest and the best of local produce, baked goods, nuts, jams, local honey and local olive oils. Family owned and operated, the Lucchetti family grows and sells over 65 varieties of peaches alone throughout the year! Stop in and enjoy the bounty of San Joaquin County. Wonderful fruits and vegetables are picked daily! You'll find a wide selection of local nuts, dried fruits and snacks for the road. Inside the bake shop you will find pastries, cookies, muffins, fruit and cream pies (our favorite is the Fruit Bowl pie!), gelato, salads, sandwiches, plus much much more. The Fruit Bowl's opening day for 2024 is May 2nd at 8:00am."Touch-free" payment by credit card is available. There are tables outside for enjoying a picnic and pie.
Open daily: 8:00am-3:00pm

A phenomenal place to get some fresh-picked fruit, on site baked pies, pastries and bread, or Italian market specialties. The ladies in the bakery also make a wonderful sandwich (hot or cold) on the fresh baked bread. Places to sit down and eat inside and outside. My family has wonderful pie makers, but the Fruit Bowl has the most amazing, flaky crust on their pies and turnovers. If a whole pie is too much for you, they sell it by the slice. If you like Italian panettone, try their muffin-sized pannetini packed with flavor!! The stand sells lots of other items too...aprons, succulents, frozen meats...you should check it out for yourself if you are driving on Highway 88.
Excellent little fruit stand to visit right outside the city of Stockton! Great deals on fresh fruit and they also have a big sale on fruit and vegetables that aren't very "cosmetically appealing." Freshly made and frozen fruit pies available as well with outdoor picnic style seating to enjoy a quick snack. Definitely recommend a quick visit for some delicious fruits and veggies that are locally grown! Local honey and jams for sale too!
This is always a stop on the way back from the hills or mountains to stock up on fresh produce and get a quick bite for lunch. The bing cherries were great this time. Also enjoyed the peaches. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Best cherry pie ever! Fresh fruits and vegetables all right from their farm, even local cuts of meat are available. Serving the community since 1947, a true hidden gem!
