⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Reserve at Spanos is my home course, and it’s easily one of my favorite places to play golf. The course is always in great shape, with well-maintained fairways, challenging greens, and a layout that is both fun and rewarding for golfers of all skill levels. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, making every visit enjoyable. One of the best parts of The Reserve is the scenery. The lakes, wildlife, and overall course design make for a beautiful round of golf. The pace of play is usually good, and the practice facilities are a great bonus. Whether I’m playing a casual round with friends or trying to post a good score, I always look forward to coming back. Highly recommend this course to anyone looking for one of the best golf experiences in the Stockton area!
I love playing at Spanos—it’s one of the best courses in the area. The course itself is a lot of fun, with challenging windy conditions and great water holes that really make you think through each shot. It’s also consistently well-maintained, which makes every round enjoyable. What really elevates the experience, though, is Craig. He’s always welcoming, personable, and goes out of his way to make sure everything runs smoothly. From check-in to accommodating any needs, he consistently delivers great service. Craig is a big reason why my experiences at Spanos have been so enjoyable.
This place has an incredible driving range that has set distances with rings around it. It is a semi difficult golf course that has rolling Hills. It is so beautiful because it is surrounded by water. I would recommend it is a must at least once in your life to do it is secluded so using a GPS to get there will be important but it is right off the freeway.
My experience was excellent. Rebeca was very professional and she over exceeded my expectations. We did an Army retirement for my husband. Food was great and more than enough. There staff was great!!! And the venue was simple and classy. Location was secluded just want I needed for a suprise party.I will definitly book through them again for future events.
Was actually expecting more, as some golfers recommend it, meanwhile, their clubhouse is looking nice. The golfer I played with is from local, he also claimed that this summer is too hot to play here, no trees and shadows, everywhere is brownish wild grass. The Front 9 is really not much fun, some holes need to drive the ball across the lake, that's it; but the Back 9 is much better, some more Salfest Oak Trees, especially by the green of Hole 10. I like the green of Hole 12, the entire Hole 13, and Hole 16 is surely challenging, first is a big fairway bunker waiting for you, and followed by a big pond for your 2nd shot, very challengingly fun. One characteristic of this course is that they have several holes are equipped with big big bunkers, the 100 yards-wide kind of bunkers 😂
