Overview
Originally founded in 2007 by Bill and Stephanie Prioste, Windmill Ridge Winery has grown to offer a variety of award-winning wines, offering wine tasting, wine and beer tours, event center, and facility rental.
As you approach the gated entrance you are immediately transported from city life to quiet elegance. Entering the expansive lawn area you smell the fragrant roses and jasmine and gaze upon beautifully manicured landscaping.
A central walkway through the lawn area directs you to the Victorian Pavilion, flanked by more roses and nature’s perfect shade: mature mulberry, Chinaberry, and pecan trees.
Tasting Fee: $15, waived with purchase of a bottle

The hustle and bustle of Tracy is left behind once you enter the grounds of the Windmill Ridge Winery in the Tracy Hills Appellation. This beautiful winery has been producing prize-winning wines since 2007. Enjoy the serene atmosphere surrounding the area and explore the vast grounds that feature gardens, a scenic gazebo, and a picnic area. Complete your visit with a trip to the tasting room, where you’ll have a chance to taste some of the red, white, and blended wines available. You may even have the opportunity to speak with the head winemaker himself.
Awesome owners, a great story and wine! Originally found their wine at M&J and decided to head to the winery. Highly recommend a trip if you haven't been.
