On Sunday, Feb. 25th at 2 PM ~ For a $7 plate, you get to sample 3 briskets from our 3 competitors! Delicious side dishes and extra food are included!
ALL PROCEEDS ARE DONATED TO ST. JUDE CHILDREN'S RESEARCH HOSPITAL
This is our 3rd competition and we want this event to grow! Our two-time winner is competing against her rival from the 2nd competition, plus a third new competitor who is ready to share their cherished brisket recipe! Three judges will decide who has the best brisket!
The Establishment Saloon is a local bar located off Thornton Rd.
