In an effort to support Delta College students and programs, the Delta College Foundation is preparing for a significant fundraising event on Sept. 23 on the Delta College campus.
Community members are invited to attend the “Black & Gold” gala, or to make a donation. The generosity of donors allows the Foundation to establish scholarships, support student assistance programs, and enhance academic programs.
The event begins with a reception and campus tours at 5:30 p.m. followed by dinner and a program at 7 p.m. Students, programs, alumni, and staff will be featured throughout the evening.
“The Black and Gold gala is a wonderful opportunity to showcase our college, our campus, and our programs while simultaneously making a direct and positive impact on the lives of our students,” said Joseph Feneck, executive director of the Foundation. “We believe in our students, and we believe in our community; support from our community allows us to enhance our efforts by ensuring all students have access to the necessary tools and resources to achieve their educational goals.”
