Introduction to Sculling with Delta Sculling Center

Overview

Want to enjoy the outdoors, get on the water, and learn something new? DSC’s 2-week “Intro to Sculling” program is for you! Our beautiful San Joaquin Delta waterway awaits you. This two-week program is offered in a small-group setting and is highly individualized over four meetings. Thursday evenings you will learn the basics of the stroke on a land rowing machine, and Saturday mornings you will transfer those skills to the water by rowing in a stable boat with an experienced rower. Rowing is a sport for people of all ages and abilities, and that means it is perfect for YOU! At DSC we say - EVERYbody sculls- sign up today!

How To Enroll: Please pre-register at least 3 days before the first day of the session so we can ensure adequate staffing. Email info@deltasculling.org and we will contact you with more details.

Intro to Sculling sessions take place at DSC’s boathouse, 4950 Buckley Cove Way in Stockton, California.

Cost: $100 Fees are all-inclusive and all equipment is provided. We offer free or reduced fees so that everyone may participate, regardless of financial barriers.
