Special Events Office at City Hall, Monday - Friday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Pixie Woods Children's Park, Saturday-Sunday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Cash only, and all sales are final.
Free for children in costume (2-12 years old)
