Overview
The Conservatory of Music presents Pacific Orchestras concert conducted by Sebastián Serrano‑Ayala.
Gabriela Lena Frank’s “Escaramuza,” Randall Smith’s “Suite Humana,” Adolfo Mejía’s “Pequena Suite para Orquesta” and Lorenzo Fernández’s “Danza di Negri” offer distilled portraits of the human spirit, from expressive musical storytelling and folk-rooted language to culture-blending vitality and the unrelenting Afro pulse of a vibrant finale.
Tickets are available online or at the door 30 min. before the performance.
