Join us for a fun morning of wellness that starts with a challenging 1-hour traditional mat Pilates workout provided by True You Hot Yoga instructor Rose Lagmay. Bring your friends, family or favorite workout buddy for a sweaty good time of moving your body to a special 90's era music selection mixed by DJ Frank G.

After the workout you can refuel your body by purchasing breakfast eats from the University Plaza Waterfront Hotel's Restaurant breakfast menu and enjoy it outdoor in the courtyard lounge seating taking in the morning sunshine and waterfront views.

A full bar will be available for optional sipping drink purchases. Can you say "Mimosa"

There will be games available on the courtyard to use: Pool table, Jenga, Cornhole

This August edition workout class will have a special 90's era music playlist curated and mixed by DJ Frank G. The Saturday morning vibes will be fun and active so dancing and singing will be encouraged.

Please come prepared to have a fun time while getting healthy. Wear comfortable breathable clothing to exercise in. Bring a personal bottle of water to hydrate during the workout along with your own mat and towel to use during the Pilates workout. This will be a low impact Pilates workout using only your own body weight with no jumping type of exercises involved. You can drink water and take all the breaks you need at any time. You can go at your own pace or sit on your mat as long as you need. There is no judgement or obligation to the workout. All ages are welcome to participate in the workout.
