Overview
Your invited to surrender to self and remember You are the Present. This is a sound bath dedicated to reminding you of your magical presence. Enjoy a heart opening cacao ceremony (warm coco) intention setting, a guided meditation sound experience, and a presence exchange with like minded sistah's that also have the gift of their presence to share.
Dress comfy for movement and socks/slippers if your toes get chilly. There will be light refreshments to nourish us as we are present with one another.
