The Everything Bagel Nature Walk

"The Everything Bagel Nature Walk" is the first Sunday of the month at 10 am. Meet at the Yokuts Trailhead. Join former National Park Service ranger-turned-docent Margaret Pearson Pinkham for an easy one hour walk (1/2 mile) along the paved Yokuts Trail at Oak Grove Regional Park to learn "a little bit about everything" that makes up the Valley Oak woodland you see today, including the plants, birds and furry animals. 

This trail is stroller, wheel-chair and scooter accessible. Families welcome, no pets. No fee for walk, but there is a $6 (cash) entry fee per car. Special bonus...the Nature Center is now open Saturdays and Sundays 12-4 and you can pick up your free take-home Nature Kit for children 12 and under (while supplies last).
