Wellness Day at the Haggin Museum
Admission
Overview
At Haggin Museum, wellness is more than a moment—it’s an ongoing journey. The Museum’s Wellness Day series invites the community to restore and recharge through yoga, sound baths, tai chi, author talks, and other enriching experiences designed to nurture mind, body, and spirit. These programs thoughtfully complement the Haggin’s Self-Guided Wellness Tours, which encourage visitors to explore the Museum’s art and history collections through the lens of personal reflection and emotional awareness. Together, these offerings transform the Haggin into a place of healing and a welcoming “third place” where individuals can slow down, connect, and cultivate overall well-being.
Join us at the Haggin Museum for a relaxing and rejuvenating Tai Chi Qigong session led by Raymond Tom, Ed.D. This gentle, accessible session includes meditation, Tai Chi Qigong, and light stretching designed to support overall health and well-being. Practicing Tai Chi Qigong can improve flexibility, circulation, and oxygen intake. This class is mostly seated, with a brief standing portion.
