The Zion Chamber Orchestra Festival (formerly Saint John's) is a three concert series that offers the finest music in an intimate, inviting setting featuring the best instrumental and vocal talent in the Valley. Conductor Paul Kimball presides over this event at Zion Lutheran Church.
2020 marks the 19th year the Zion Chamber Orchestra Festival presents classical and contemporary music in an intimate European-like setting with excellent acoustics, under the leadership of Music Director and Conductor Paul Kimball. “This unique festival highlights both chamber orchestra and pops choir,” Kimball said. “There is no other venue in the Central Valley to offer this type of music. It is something I am very proud to be a part.” Paul and his wife were recipients of the 2018 STAR Award presented by the Stockton Arts Commission.
