Stockton has a unique style, and a part of it comes from the trendsetters that reside in it. Taste of Texas food truck offers a touch of the South with BBQ combos that include links, chicken, ribs, and brisket. Don't forget the sides, because their potato salad is the stuff of legend. Any restaurant claiming to deliver something as iconic as Texas BBQ better deliver, as Lone Star State residents have strong opinions on the subject. Taste of Texas does just that, as reviews by visitors from Texas have all agreed, it's like the food truck made the journey from their state along with them. Look for the truck where it's most commonly seen, parked on Pacific Avenue. Just be sure to stock up on napkins.
