What's better than going to get your coffee in the morning? How about having that coffee come to you. Grinding Grounds is a mobile coffee truck that you can find at popular locations throughout town. You'll find all the coffee standards, like mochas and lattes, but each one has a special twist from their creator, Alicia Gonzales. She also offers some of her own creations, like the La Rosa Frapp, or the Abuelita Latte. They also have tea, lemonade smoothies and other options for that one weird person in your life who doesn't drink coffee.

Arté del Café is the is one of the newer coffee shops on the list, just opening March 8 of 2021. Located in the Mexican Heritage Center and Gallery, the shop continues to showcase the rich heritage of Stockton's Hispanic population with Mexican-styled mochas, lattes, horchata and many other specialties. Not only are the coffees amazing and the sweet and savory treats amazing, but proceeds go to support the work of the center and art gallery, so you can help others while you help yourself wake up.

A roastery and coffeehouse combo, Trail Coffee Roasters serves coffee and espresso by the cup, as well as beans by the bag. Their second location is on Dave Brubeck Way just steps from University of the Pacific - one of the most beautiful places you can walk while enjoying your favorite brew.
