Mike, the owner, is always up for a challenge and he is not confined to only his menu. If you tell him what you're craving, he will whip up something tasty! Feeling adventurous? 6. Terra Coffee Roasters

Nothing goes better than coffee and pan dulce at this coffee shop! This micro-roaster tucked inside the Mexican Heritage Center & Gallery in downtown Stockton, gives you an opportunity to see art exhibits by locals in the community. A roastery and coffeehouse combo, Trail Coffee Roasters serves coffee and espresso by the cup, as well as beans by the bag. This coffee bar and roastery, tucked on California and Main Streets, is a little oasis in the middle of Downtown Stockton. If you haven’t tried a hot cup of their fresh, hand-poured coffee — you’re missin’ out!
