Trail has a slogan that goes, "From the Seed to the Cup," and they take pride in delivering their customers a specialty product that positively represents the amount of work put in by so many people before it makes it into the hands of Trail Coffee Roasters. At their coffee and roasting shop in Downtown Stockton, they chose to keep their menu simple with just a few key items that really make their coffee shine. Come visit and enjoy a cappuccino while you watch the head roaster exercise their small-batch Dietrich or you can relax at one of the many tables with a delicious cold brew in hand and a baked good!

This place is completely adorable! It isn't in the best area but it's worth the trip. The space is bigger than expected. Definitely a modern "hipster" vibe as far as decor goes if you take pictures. Staff was great. I enjoyed my drink because I like matcha and don't drink coffee. I also had a cherry cream cheese Danish but I ate it before thinking about talking a picture. Lol. It's a little pricy though. I think my total was close to $13 for both items. Either way it's a place I'd visit again.
After trying banana matcha from different spots I think my found my favorite one. Their banana latte is also really good.
I keep coming back here their coffee is perfectly roasted and has a well balanced flavor. There scones have a perfect texture as well. Glad I found this place.
I'm no longer going to Starbucks Trail coffee is my new coffee spot. I found it walking down town one day. The coffee actually wakes you up. We bought some to take home. The store manager was very proud about the place so that made it more home vibe.
