As we approach the steady lifting of some restrictions, we know there's a mix cabin fever and cautiousness going around. Whether it's celebrating a special occasion or starting a new Friday night tradition, a relaxing night of cocktails is always a fun choice.
Here are four wine-infused cocktails we believe are worthy of your libation-themed escapade. And the best part: we've incorporated select wines from wineries in and around Stockton, California!

In a cocktail shaker half-filled with crushed ice, add the Campari and red Vermouth. Shake until chilled and strain into a chilled Champagne flute, followed by the Vermintino wine and an orange slice for garnish.

Combine the lime, mint, and agave in a glass and muddle gently with a spoon. Add the White Zinfandel, club soda, and ice, then stir. Drink up and enjoy!

Mix the Freakshow Red Blend and Mulled Spices (cardamom, star anise, cloves, all spice, cinnamon, and orange peel) together. Add all ingredients to a highball glass and stir. Squeeze a lime wedge into the drink, then drop the peel into it.

Mix the brandy, Graciano, soda water, and orange liqueur in a glass with ice. Then, add the garnish of orange slices, apple slices, and grapes to it. Voila!

In a large pitcher, mix your favorite Rosé wine, blueberries, and frozen pink lemonade together. Allow the flavors to blend inside the refrigerator for at least an hour. Pour into a champagne flute and top each glass with lemon-lime soda. Sip away!
