Bob's at the Marina
Overview
Serving their "Almost World Famous Hamburgers," Bob's is a must-visit in Stockton just off the Delta that serves both breakfast and lunch. The breakfast menu includes blueberry hot cakes, breakfast sandwiches, omelettes, and much more, while the lunch menu offers their mouth-watering "giant" hamburgers as well sandwiches and chili dogs and fries.
With a small diner feel and counter seats, this place is a great place to grab a bite to eat. Bob's has an understated 1950s environment -- just enough to make you feel a little history but not to go overboard. They have a cozy fireplace for the cold winter months and a large beautiful outdoor patio for those warm summers. Their patio, which overlooks the Stockton Delta and has direct boat access, is perfect for large parties and banquets with large umbrellas and a large canopy.
Breakfast served weekdays until 11:00am, and 'til 1:00pm on weekends.

One of my favorite places to grab breakfast before going to Sunday worship service. Outdoor dining patio provides the perfect ambiance to enjoy the gentle weather of Spring.
The worst thing about Bobs is their prices. The food is pretty good nothing too special. The onion rings are garbage. The location and environment are cool but beware it can get busy on the weekends especially in nicer weather.
I don't know why people are giving this place anything other than a 5 star. We crave these burgers a couple times a month and they never let us down. Honestly I want to try something else but everytime we go We end up with burgers and garlic fries!
The hamburgers are good here. I do recommend it. I came on a Sunday afternoon not too bad. The football game was on . There was really no distractions. Great servers. Parking is pretty OK at that time.
I've been going to Bob's for a long time, since I was in elementary school. And I've seen this place grow. There are a few bad reviews here but that's hard to believe considering the fact that the workers, food, and atmosphere were way above the minimum. I love this place personally. The Patty melt and French toast are to die for. and the French fries beat the average fast food place. Don't miss it. The only thing to complain about is the closing time. But that only makes for a healthier working environment that the majority of the middle aged average workers like to bash on. Bob's is one of my favorite places to eat. Don't miss out for breakfast and Lunch. It's also very dog friendly and has boat access. Its often brimming with a whole bunch of people, animals included. Birds, dogs, sometimes even the stray cat will survey the area. And an earlier complaint about "spiderwebs" comes normal when you're sitting outside. so if you hate bugs, you always have the inside option. I highly recommend Bob's, and if you give it a try; I'm sure you will too.
