Burge Farms is very nice, welcoming Family run Business. They have Organic Cherries and taste delicious! Bring the whole family including the 4 legged ones! Stop by and give’em a try!
Local gem! Not to be missed. Fantastic tasting organic cherries 🍒 and the freshest you will ever get right off the tree!! Veteran family-owned and operated. The cheerful team equips one with stepladders, buckets, and informative instruction to conduct a ruby fruit-gathering mission successfully. Enjoy time with friends and/or family working together to discover and compile a full bucket(s). One will find the fruit to be even sweeter when returning home after the laborious and glorious moments of personally gathering these juicy treasures. Their beautiful versatility and seasonality make them summers greatest gift. We found Burge Road prices to be low when reflecting on the quality and taste of cherries they grow. 🤤 Where I come from store-bought cherries are $8/lb. and organic cherries are $12/lb. and they are of lower quality. 😪 Cherries are consistently identified as one of the healthiest produce items out there. They boast a low glycemic index and an increased level of antioxidants.🥰 They are also a flavorful source of potassium and bioactive compounds. With that said, we will return to Burge Road Farm every season.
Found this lovely farm when doing an internet search for u pick cherries. We went on the last day of the season but there were still plenty of succulent cherries just waiting to be picked. The flavor is 5 times better than what I'd found in a grocery store. I'll definitely return next year and bring more friends. =) They also sell walnuts. Thank you for your warm hospitality!
Nice farm, friendly people. Drove from out of town and spent the afternoon chatting and picking cherries with my family. I highly recommend. Will definitely be back!
Cute little farm! Friendly service and a great place to spend the day with your family.
DO NOT GO AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON!! All the cherries were picked clean! But come back around July. It's worth the wait!
Get to pick your own cherries for a really good price. Bring your own step ladder or rent one for free after sigming a waiver.
Local, organic, and family owned! They have a lovely staff available to help answer questions. Their cherries are juicy and delicious. If you go at the right time, you can buy a cup of their refreshing cherry lemonade. I was so inspired that I ended up making my own cherry syrup back at home. Yum!
Cherry picking at Burge Road Farm has become our family's summer kick-off tradition. Bunches of organic, delicious cherries, nice picnic and play area, friendly and helpful owners. Fun for the whole family! Highly recommended!
We love visiting the farm every year! Family run so you’ll see all members helping out every time and they’re always helpful and friendly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something the whole family can do together!
