Overview
The Fine Arts Division at San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton offers up an eclectic selection of theatrical and musical performances as well as art exhibitions. The Delta Center for the Arts Presents hosts a world-class schedule of events each year. The LH Horton Jr Gallery presents a full calendar of art exhibitions. Delta College Productions features student performances such as SJDC Choir & Vocal Jazz, SJDC Drama Productions, SJDC Concert Band, SJDC Dance Productions, and the SJDC Jazz Band. John Frederick did there graduation here . The school had lots of rules.. no flowers , no banners, no noise makers, no cameras, so many rules.. and we listen did not bring anything cause they said it got bring these things we will ask you to leave.. so we did not bring anything.. but once there delta security does not care what you bring in.. just no balloons cause they will abstract, the view from other people and no tripods. Just letting you know for future reference.On other kids that are graduating ... best place to sit is right in the front from 1st rowto like the 5 or 6 rows on the left side for good picture of your graduate.. cause that's the side they will walk up on the stage.. hope this help so people. This “ Tilly Lewis” theater is an intimate experience for seeing a live show. Under four hundred seats make for a great up close show. I’ve been to a few of the live theater performances presented by the Saint Mary’s high theater program. Always a good time. There is a live orchestra pit. Professional lighting and sound. The theater has been well maintained.
