I did a solo trip and asked the front desk if she can put me somewhere other than on the bottom as I was alone and she did, that just there was a plus for me, the room was clean the staf in the morning and night are great and it was quiet. The breakfast in the morning was good ate before I left and was full till lunch. Will defenetly stay again.
This is my second time staying! I like a little hood, when I visit home so I don’t expect perfection. Small queens beds, two of my children were bit, not certain how. I had to switch rooms due to cleanliness, I didn’t want to be a bother so I asked for cleaning supplies for the second room. Third day we asked for room service, she through and hooked it up. I love how you asked for towels, tissue cups, they are quick to assist. TV tiny but it worked just fine. Service was wonderful, I felt so welcome. Lady young lady in the kitchen, was cleaning, conversing and helpful, the first morning, Nice food selection, maybe more fresh fruit. Second morning eggs were in water, odd. Front desk ladies great customer service very helpful and professional. We appreciate your service, keeping doing what you’re doing. Change out those beds when needed at least once a year. Change the pillow way more frequently like once a month or every other month, re seal the bathroom quarterly so it doesn’t mildew. oh that cloth shower curtain gross, if you don’t change them after each stay maybe invest in disposable shower curtain to keep clean. But you are the experts the community trusts you with there safety while staying. Keep doing right by us, and I’ll see you again! Love peace and hair grease 😘
Area not too bad. I love the service here especially the people who serve breakfast. This one lady who helps with he breakfast is so nice and talkative I love it. Room service does very good at there job. It a lil noisy at night but not too bad. I love the room.
This has been a great hotel to stay at. They are friendly, well accommodating for my needs, and staff is very helpful.I have enjoyed this hotel very much. The front desk lady Mrs. Deep was very kind and helpful for my requests. 👍👍
The front desk is amazing. The people here are very welcoming and always happy to help in any way possible. Jazmin at the front desk is an exceptional person who is very hard working and good at handling any issue presented to her.
