The front desk is amazing. The people here are very welcoming and always happy to help in any way possible. Jazmin at the front desk is an exceptional person who is very hard working and good at handling any issue presented to her.
Spent my anniversary there was well worth it. Amazing experience and couldn't complain with the free breakfast and coffee. And on top of it all there was a swimming pool that was to die for. Definitely want to go back asap
We booked this location after doing some reviews on safer areas to book lodging in Stockton. Needless to say I think the reviews were less than accurate. That said, upon arriving later in the evening for a check in, we were met with some folks just chilling in the neighboring restaurant/business parking lots. Which was a little off putting. We did see a car parked nearby the office to which we later found out was security. I suppose the nicer thing was that that hotel itself is gated so it was a little more assuring. The hotel is nestled in a darker area behind some businesses so it was a little unclear where the office was located initially. When we walked into check in, there were two staffs working at the desk that were just neutral, and not too excited with greeting guests. The check in office also reeked of cigarettes. We got a ground floor room, that was not entirely clean. The sheets were stained, one of the hand towels had some crusty stuff on it, and the floors were dirty. The bathroom smelled old and weird. The online images offered nice updated photos but I would say the actual was okay, and not as great. Overall, for a quick stay it did the job but due to the dirty room and sheets, and the sus folks walking around in the neighboring lots, I would not book this place again.
We stayed the night here recently after a tournament - with an unexpected win! After the reviews, we didn’t expect much - and it lives up to expectations. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything and everyone passing by. There was a party outside till 1a and we were attendees against our will. I kept messing with the thermostat as it got pretty warm in the room, and the thermostat kept showing 74 degrees… finally, remembering to walk over the actual unit, I was able to turn on the fan which helped a lot. There was a faint smell of something in the room…. A fish simmered in dirt??! That lingered… I was super happy for an early game time for once! We skipped breakfast here.
Rooms are very clean, the place is clean, and for where it's located they still manage to keep the place nice, the breakfast is good and they keep the lobby clean. I don't know about that pool though it has a layer of oily looking stuff floating on top and the water is slimmer green. Good thing the air conditioner in the room works great, it was nice to be in a room almost freezing when it's over a 100 outside
