Best front desk ever Kristie and Dom. After Expedia messed up our reservation they accommodated us very quickly and got us into the room. Super helpful and respectful. 10/10
Vanessa and Desiree are 5 ☆ employees. Vanessa went beyond expectation to make us welcome and comfortable. They are an asset to your organization. Jesus, the morning person, not as valuable. Excuses for no spoons for eating yogurt, no water or juice and no signs indicating the above. Indifferent regarding the inconvenience to the guests. The facility is starting to show its age.
We changed our reservations to The La Quinta after checking into The Best Western three miles away. After checking in and seeing the room so completely unaccepted we found even a late 7pm check in warranted a fast check out. Vanessa, at the La Quinta during our check in was wonderful. Even went to the room to turn the light on for us since we had requested a handicap room. Our parking place was directly in front of our room making unloading a breeze. The hotel location was safe and convenient with many good eating options very close to the La Quinta and within walking distance. "Only" one negative was during breakfast. They were out of spoons which made the yogurt offered a bit difficult. The orange juice machine was marked "out of order". An offered pitcher or bottle of water would have surficed but when reguested from the desk manager surprisingly he said he was unable to supply? Otherwise, we were most grateful to find a nice alternative for our return trip back especially after Best Western disaster!
Back in the beginning if Dec 2021, we got thee news my mother in law had passed. As difficult as that news was, we had more challenges ahead. With us being San Franciscans and his mother from Stockton, we had an entire unexpected trip to plan. Upon arrival, the General Manager was so cordial and understanding. We had to extend our stay just shy of a month and the staff was so compassionate and considering. Jesus, the front desk gem! Was so wonderful! He has the greatest attitude towards the customers. The maid service was exceptional and the staff over all are the greatest! They had helped to ease us during a difficult time. Thank you Wyndham for having the best staff on board.
Very nice staff, clean rooms, quiet. Had a long trailer to park the staff went out of their way to be accommodating. 3 days no issues location is great convenient to every thing. Thanks Y'all
Cozy pet friendly with a military discount and pets are free. The cable didn't work in the room. The TV said try changing sources but there were no input buttons on the TV and the remote did not have any buttons to change input or even allow me to open menu. Not a big deal but enough to not get 5 star
Was nice. Wish the breakfast was a bit more like others La Quintas. Not a lot of choices in food or drinks. Front desk employees were kind and courteous. The night one even helped when I cut open my finger.
Had a bit of difficulty checking in, clerk couldn't find my reservation, but, after she called her manager, we figured it out!!! It is an older hotel but very clean, bed very comfy!! Nice hot shower good pressure. Its a 2 star hotel and does live up to that. I dont know the cost of the room as it was booked by my company.
Hotel was alright, 80$ pet friendly, you get what you pay for. This review is for the amazing security officer that is on the premises, I forget his name but he not only helped me find my room but he informed me that I should repark when I parked in an area with a high rate of car break ins. He explained the whole situation to me, he was the highlight of our stay god bless him, hope he gets a raise he 100% deserves it. Went above and beyond his duties
Good location many restaurants n stores in the area. Room was ok. Bathtub wasnt thoroughly clean. A car was vandalized broken window in the parking lot overnight.
Good place On second visit the gay guy refused me a room, because of the type of card I was using

I don't understand the reviews. For me they're misleading & inaccurate. I give The cleanliness an 8 out of 10, also I liked the location & The upkeep was nice outside the premises as well. The noises were moderate but not severe as described. They exceeded my expectations & I will be back without hesitation 🙌. I appreciate y'all through these tough times.❤
Rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful each time I've stayed there. They do need to turn up the boiler because the hot water was only like warm on this stay. Several restaurants are nearby giving a wide selection of food choices.
They have cleaned up a bunch in the last year. I would have given 5 stars but I've just had such bad experiences here in the past that 1 good experience simply can't outweigh them. But they're doing a great job with guest service, interaction, clean rooms, and limited noise
There was no refrigerator in our room, also no microwave. However the room was clean and cozy enough. Probably would go somewhere else that had a refrigerator to keep my drinks cool and to heat up some snacks.
I stay here when I travel through Stockton, CA. My room was clean and equipped with fridge, micro, coffee and coffee maker. They have cleaned up the grounds since my last stay and put a fence around the property and I felt safe in my room. They allow pets for free which is great as I always travel with my puppies. There are 2 on-site restaurants, a crab shack/seafood place and an IHOP. Both were good.
It's a place for the night. The staff is very friendly and even offered to look after our moving truck for the night due to the nature of the area. However, it is a little dated and could use a renovation and some TLC. But, it works for what you need it for. In terms of amenities, the room we stayed in was pretty sparse. There's the standard coffee maker and TV, AC, and that's about it. Maybe ask for a microwave if they have them. It is also ADA accessible, with a seat in the bathroom and rails in the shower if you need them.
Stayed here last night…it was a comfy bed and relatively clean room (although for being non smoking there was definitely a lingering odor of smoke) I liked that the parking lot was well lit and there wasn’t any sign of homeless people like stated in another review. I was disappointed in their supposed “grab n go” breakfast…all we saw was coffee and an orange around 8:00 am. I definitely feel like their online photos are a little deceiving of their property and I don’t think I’d pay what I did to stay there again.
Excellent as usual. Only wish they had told me pool was closed. Just a FYI...you have to request them if you want the rooms with them...microwaves and mini frigs are not a standard amenities for every room. And full breakfast still has not returned. Still prefer them over Best Western hands down.
Nice place, clean, spacious and the staff sang to my kids. I recommend this place to any one traveling.

Front desk staff was very nice and polite. The building is old and all access is exterior. Elevator is a long way from reception area and requires one to go outside. Room smelled a bit musty and the condensate drain for our AC was plugged causing the carpet close to the unit to be soaking wet. Rooms are basic - ours was clean, but furniture was a bit on the shabby side. Lots of hot water and the towels were average in terms of size and soft. "Free" breakfast is eeh - like a lot of places, the pandemic plague has ruined anything resembling a good free breakfast. Great restaurant (Captain Crab) next door. Probably wouldn't stay again.
