At Lodi Blooms you pick your own sweet cherries by hand! Pick Bing, Coral, Brook, and Tulare cherries annually at Lodi Blooms. This u-pick farm opens the first or second week of May and is open for approximately 3 to 4 weeks. They provide buckets for picking in the orchard and bags to take cherries home. Each bucket holds up to 22-lbs. You pay for what you pick!
Great place to take your family. The cherries weren't so high up that you needed a ladder so the kids were able to pick cherries as well. The cherries are $4/lb and are so delicious. They provide you with a bucket that's lined with a plastic bag so you don't have to worry about bringing anything with you. The staff were super nice and very helpful. Parking is free and super easy to find. They have a website and an Instagram so be sure to check those out to see when they're open.
Everyone was super helpful and friendly! There were SO MANY cherry trees to pick from, I definitely will be coming again!
We had and awesome Sunday afternoon. The cherries were amazing but the experience was what we went for and were not disappointed. Make sure not to go during peak times.
We had an awesome family outing. Thank you so much for staying a few minutes late to accommodate us. The kids have talked about the cherries and the visit for days.
Fantastic first experience! I went with my mom to the soft opening of the 2020 season and we were greeting with dozens of friendly smiles upon entering. Beautiful grounds, 3 types of delicious cherries. We had a blast chit chatting as we leisurely picked cherries at our own pace. During these unusual times, social distancing was easy while picking and customers were spaced appropriately while checking out. I will return with my kids next weekend and will also return in a couple weeks when the other 2 cherry types are ready to be picked. Highly recommend this local adventure!
We had and awesome Sunday afternoon. The cherries were amazing but the experience was what we went for and were not disappointed. Make sure not to go during peak times. UPDATE: went out today mid day, cherries are amazing, the system worked great this year, kept people from getting too bunched up and appreciated all the measures taken to clean and sanitize everything. Had a blast once again. Fingers crossed no rain so the season holds on longer....
Started going last year, we love it and it’s just a fun toddler activity. Your outside, the employees Did a great job with the covid protocols, so we felt save the entire time. Others did seem to Renner 6feet is 6feet, we expected that. Love this place and love the cherries, for 3 days now this is all we eat
