The Vietnamese grilled pork sandwich comes out with a nicely charred, flavorful pork sweet, savory, and not overly greasy, on a crisp, airy baguette that held up through the pickles and sauce. The pickled carrots and daikon add the right amount of acidity, and the jalapeño/cilantro combo gives it a fresh bite. The grilled pork vermicelli is generous and balanced, tender, well-marinated pork over light vermicelli with plenty of crunchy vegetables and herbs, finished with a clean, tangy fish sauce that ties everything together. Service was quick and friendly; great value for the quality and portion sizes. Highly recommend for a reliable, tasty Vietnamese meal in Stockton
It’s a bit smaller in size but the food is amazing! I had the owner great me and be super attentive to my order and visit! Genuinely some of the best Pho I’ve ever had. I highly suggest coming here.
Love it ~ best Pho in Stockton so far. Really good broth. Very friendly staff. They close early, get there before 6:30. Hard for me because I’m a late eater. Absolutely worth getting there early.
Just basic in my opinion. I was a little turned off by the flys landing on the chopsticks and spoons that they have on the tables. I had chicken Pho, and it was okay. I have had better. The large bowl seemed more like a small, compared to other Pho restaurants I have been to. On the bright side, they were fast with my order and checking out.
