Haven't been here for ling time, since they stopped taken credit card. Now, they do. The food was good...love the eggrolls, it was nice and hot. Most places now, is lukewarm. Thr egg noodle soup was good but it would be better if the egg noodles wasn't less cooked. It was like mushy when bit in it. It should have a bouncy text. .like al dente. Besides that...it was pretty good. Yes, I recommend this place, just because I didn't like the way egg noodles cooked. It doesn't mean the rest of the food is not good.
My family and I have been here a few times! Their Bún bó Huê, regular pad Thai, and chicken chow fun are the best!! Portions are perfect too!! Service is nice and food came out at a timely manner!!
Phở Bình Minh was such a refreshing place to dine in on a Friday night. It felt like the kind of spot you see in movies, calm ambiance, amazing food, and genuinely friendly staff. My friends and I really enjoyed our experience and are grateful for the great service.
First time here with my son and we like it. Flavor is great. They have many type of drinks but we got water. Yummy food !
Ordered a large Phở Đặc Biệt and it was delicious. The broth leaned slightly on the sweeter side but had great depth of flavor. It tasted like it had been simmered for hours rather than just seasoned quickly. I personally like my broth more on the sour side, so I added a good amount of lime, but overall, it was very good. The noodles were a bit soft, though that was probably because I let them sit too long. I still finished the entire bowl, broth and all, minus a bit of brisket. The gentleman working was very kind. He seemed to be handling the front alone during a busy time, but he was occasionally assisted by back-of-house staff who were also very sweet. I also tried the strawberry smoothie. It was okay, about a 3 out of 5, mostly tasting of strawberry syrup. Atmosphere was only okay. It was warm and humid inside but they had the front door open. Would definitely come back and plan to soon.
