Enjoy modern Thai cuisine at Royal Siam! Chef and Owner, Wasuma (Nee) Johnson, is from Khonburi, Thailand. Chef Nee has loved food since early childhood. Starting around the age of 10, Nee’s culinary style has been greatly influenced by memories made in the kitchen and over meals with her large, close-knit family. Chef Nee has perfected her personal style over the past 25 years by drawing on a wide range of cultural culinary influences and sharing her formidable skills. She has used her culinary education to blend “old” Thai cuisine and culture into a more “modern” Thai cuisine.

Best Pad Thai and Thai Fried Rice I have had in Stockton. Service is great. Food comes out quick.
Last time I came here is when my daughter was a toddler. So we decided to check this place out again yesterday and we had yellow curry, spicy egg plant with tufo and saute beans stir fry with diced chicken. I ask the chicken to be diced which they were accommodating which impressed me alot. Overall the food was delicious and service was okay. My son accidentally broke the glass cup so I tip extra.
Good spot for Thai food in Stockton. They could use a lot more business as it’s quiet even on a Saturday evening. There was one other table. They had quite a few take out orders. I had the standard papaya salad, pra ram veggies, pad see ew and they were all good. If you want your food spicy ask for the chili condiment tray.
A random find after our usual Thai spot suddenly raised their prices of almost $5 in a span of a week. So we decided to try other options and came across this neat place. Service was great 💯 and food was really authentic even my husband says so! The only little mishap we had was we didn’t realize until after we got home that we were charged the regular price of the Panang Chicken curry rather then the lunch discount since we got there about 1pm. Other then that, everything was great, food service from our server and drinks was spot on 👏
