If you shoot straight or know how to play your fade or draw, you got to try this place. If you want to test yourself, try this place. If you’re a tree magnet like myself 🤣, wth try this place anyway.
Played a round at Stockton Golf and Country Club and it was honestly awesome. Locker rooms and bathrooms are super clean and nice, really comfortable to get ready before the course. The views of the Delta are beautiful, especially walking between holes it makes the whole experience feel way more scenic. Big open ballroom is impressive, and the greens are huge and well-kept. Golf carts were in great condition too, made getting around easy and fun. Definitely one of the better courses around Stockton, will be coming back for sure.
We have been members for over a year now and love it. The golf course is fun, challenging and well maintained. The members events are always well done and we have a great time, inviting family and friends.
Update 03/18/2022: The servers here are great as they are friendly and accommodating. Though we typically don't mind waiting for our food, it took almost 2 hours for us to be served. The drinks and appetizers arrived within an acceptable time frame from when we placed our orders. But it took an extraordinarily long time before our entrees came. Everyone else in the room had already been served and were leaving before our food came. When we finally got our plates, we were definitely ready to eat. I had the prawn louie salad, which had 5 prawns and a sprinkling of bay shrimp. It was an average salad; nothing spectacular. My husband had the calamari steak, which he thoroughly enjoyed. The desserts were tasty. We tried the peach upside down cake and the New York cheesecake. It was a great visit with friends; just not sure if the food was worth the visit. Previous visit: I had the meatloaf special with green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy and my husband had a cheeseburger and fries. The food was tasty. The servers were friendly and somewhat attentive as there was a full crowd in the grill watching the baseball game. It was a fun time watching the game.
