Overview
The Healthy Spot, a local cafe, opened in Stockton in June of 2016. Owners Abel and Jessica Ruiz created this cafe in Stockton because they felt that Stockton could use a quick, easy, and affordable healthy food option.
The Healthy Spot features a lot of protein foods (such as shakes, coffee, and waffles), plus herbal energizing teas, and food that are low in fat and sugar that will boost your energy and your metabolism.

Hands down the best protein shop in Stockton. Tucked back in a shopping complex on Hammer Lane...even though it's the furthest from my house I'll still go there every time!
I wake up every day ready for my fix; be aware, it has become my addiction. 🤣5 plus years and counting
I had a banana caramel meal replacement shake, and it was amazing. I also had a fat reducer, which was a little interesting. It taste sort of like a doughnut, but hot chocolate at the same time what a hit of something healthy.
Very laid back place with an amazing variety of protein drinks and flavored teas. Service is prompt and friendly and the drinks are very tasty.
