Overview
The Healthy Spot, a local cafe, opened in Stockton in June of 2016. Owners Abel and Jessica Ruiz created this cafe in Stockton because they felt that Stockton could use a quick, easy, and affordable healthy food option.
The Healthy Spot features a lot of protein foods (such as shakes, coffee, and waffles), plus herbal energizing teas, and food that are low in fat and sugar that will boost your energy and your metabolism.

Hands down the best protein shop in Stockton. Tucked back in a shopping complex on Hammer Lane...even though it's the furthest from my house I'll still go there every time!
The protein shales are tasty. They have a variety. And also protein pastry’s. I purchased the greens bottled drink. The man told me it was a variety of greens. He said they make the greens drink there. It was the powder green drink. The whole time I thought they liquified the real greens.
We tried the protein waffle and the açaí bowls. Not too bad taste but not the best. It’s powder base so you can taste it. The only good thing of using powder base is less sugar.
I love the experience and customer service! However prices are up as well as everything else. I spend over $20.00 dollars plus in two shakes meal replacement and a donut made out of the shake batter. So eventually it adds up . You are better off buying the membership and the product on your own . Of course if you do not have the time or desire them go for it . I am not even sure how much the meal itself cost nowadays
