Just be ready! Portions are huge and food is fabulous. This is my new spot. The staff is wonderful. I went on two occasions back to back and there was a line of people waiting to get in. I love the lady of the front of the house…she got us seat quickly. There are two types of coffees and my friends put me up on game that you want the dark roast. You will get full here and leave with leftovers. Good on this restaurant to where they can get portions like these because a lot of places aren’t doing that anymore.
I went in for breakfast last weekend and it turned out to be a nice, easy going spot. The place felt cozy without trying too hard, and the staff were friendly in a real natural way. My eggs and hashbrowns came out hot and tasty, and the pancakes were fluffy (I may have eaten too many lol). Coffee kept getting refilled, which I always appriciate. Prices felt fair for what you get. Nothing super fancy, just good solid breakfast that hits the spot. I’d definately come back when I’m in the area again.
Like others report, potions are large. Omelette was good. Crispy hashbrowns not fresh, seemed like what thet already had cooked just longer. Felt like they prefer the larger parties and will seat them first. Told 15 mines for wait, but turn into 30+ because of that.
I just had the biggest and most amazing breakfast in a long time at The Omelet House in Stockton. The food was everything I hoped it would be and more. I couldn’t eat everything! Thats how generous the portions are. I had the Colorado Omelette, 2 pancakes, orange juice and ice water. The service here is good and the prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend this place.
