I had my party at The Underground Arcade earlier this year, and I had an amazing experience! The staff were so kind, helpful, and organized throughout the whole event. The arcade was clean, everything was well taken care of, and my guests and I had such a great time. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’ll definitely be having another party there this October! I highly recommend The Underground Arcade for anyone looking to have a fun and stress-free event.
So the dumpling was not legit. But the place allowed a refund. Just be careful cuz your kiddos won’t know the difference and will get scammed. Hoping this was a freak accident and the owner didn’t know about this. Edit (response to owner): Interesting clarification. I never claimed your arcade prizes were “certified, authenticated, or graded.” I pointed out that the item wasn’t legitimate and that a child wouldn’t necessarily know the difference. You know. Your customers. Kids. At an arcade. I also specifically mentioned that your staff refunded me and gave you the benefit of the doubt by saying I hoped it was a freak accident that the owner didn’t know about. A simple “Thanks for bringing it to our attention, we’ll look into it” probably would have sufficed. Instead, you chose condescension. Toward a paying customer. Who was actually being pretty fair to you. In a review.
This place is awesome and affordable for parties. I've had 2 parties here. The staff are nice and accommodating. The place is clean, the arcade games are fun. This place is perfect for families. My kids love it the nerf war! Thank you underground arcade!!
