I haven't played here but I had some service done to my clubs and just from the service and hospitality it was a pleasurable experience to say the least. I will be coming back to play
Nice course , good staff. Great membership deals. Play is slow on the weekends, but weekdays the pace is fast. Go play find out for yourself.
Course is in great shape. New bunkers, renovated clubhouse. #1 is the old #10 which threw me at first. But no biggie. Course was packed. But fun!
The course was in great shape. And everyone was excited to see us there. We all were happy with what we fou

This public course has improved vastly under the new management. The course conditions are very good and the greens are coming around pretty well after last month’s aerating. I tried the newly remodeled food services for the first time and I have to give it a C grade. There was inadequate help so it took a long time to get two pizzas from their pizza oven. They only had one person working to cover getting drinks for the passing golfers and cooking the food. The fryer was not working so we couldn’t order some of the things we wanted to try. This part of the operation needs to improve to match the food service found at the Spanos Reserve golf course that is about 8 miles down Eight Mile Road.
Tee It Up! We had just four of us that went out and played today about 1:15 pm. Play went smoothly today. The only real wait We had today, was on the last two holes. Everyone was nice as usual and the course was in good condition. Greens were receptive and rolling at medium speed. We made it around in about 3.5 hrs. It might be the wind that is keeping a few players at home. Wind has hit this valley everyday for almost a whole month now. I know we are all sick of it and wish it would go away, but then you won't be able to play in 3.5 hrs.
Awesome public Golf Course 30 minutes South of Elk Grove CA. without heavy traffic. Stay very late during the summer time. Grass driving range, chipping and putting greens. The fairways and greens are well taken care off. Challenging place to play for beginners and high handicapper.
Gem of a public golf course. We'll maintained. Great putting area and driving range. Reasonably priced with golf carts. Nice cafe and bar and shop. Had a great time golfing with my son.
It was a very pleasant day at Micke Grove golf course. The course is well maintained. Friendly fairways. It was very busy, but the groups moved along. Nice to see a marshal out on the course. Our group will definitely go back 😎🏌️♀️⛳
Course was in great shape. Greens were challenging, bunkers had white powdery clean sand and placed strategically. Bathrooms were clean. Staff were friendly. Only thing we didn't like was the snack bar closed early and no beverage cart. We enjoyed the round and would play there again.
This is a hard course, but it's well kept, the bunkers got a lip to them so you really got to get under the ball in there. Luckily the fairways are pretty wide so it's a little forgiving if you keep it decently straight. It's a fun course. The beer cart comes around frequently so you can keep a buzz goin ;)
Good value for the price, course is nice. Play can be slow at times (4.5+ hours), especially during Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Try to get early tee times if time is of the essence but tee times are much cheaper during the afternoon, pick your poison. Good for casual play and friendly staff.
Great fun course for anyone who is looking to play golf in the Stockton/Lodi area. For the most part the greens are pretty well kept and the fairways are cut pretty well too. Only one star down because of the lack of keep for the driving range (update distance targets) and some of the greens on certain holes. Also the bunkers are not all sand. Some are mud or just hard dirt. Beyond that it is still one of my go to courses in the area.
Stay out of the bunkers. Otherwise in great shape for early July. I would suggest that they have more hotdogs ready. And I miss their fresh made chips. 😄
It's a great spot to bring kids. Everything is really clean and the animals all look like they are taken care of really well. Very affordable too.
My lovely wife and I got hitched in the garden... Babe I miss and love you!
Fairly easy course and decently maintained for the traffic it gets. The greens roll true.
My local course. Fairly priced. Very well kept course. Greens run medium to soft. Very courteous staff
Course is in great condition! Tee boxes fairways and greens! Really enjoyed our round today!
Weekend times are horrid, they put too many people on if you don’t mind spending 6 hours for 18 Holes of golf this place is for you. Weekdays are preferred. Everything was quickly resolved.
Slow play. Late start. No managing of pace of play. Course is beautiful still
Great course and very well maintained. Challenging and plays big. Lots of fun.
This course has definitely improved, its always been a favorite and happy to see positive changes.
Mickey grove golf course this course is nice executive course some areas hard ground and traps are hard sand
Great course. They have some real driving challenges for golfers of all experience levels. The greens are a little slow but solid and true to read. It is a very walkable fun track. Give it a try.
Great place as holes are distinctly different, greens are as of late March, early April recovering from punching so, they are a little bumpy. Staff is friendly, course maintenance has improved tremendously, sometimes can be relatively slow playing but, I saw a Marshall on the course Friday, so I think they'll have one on duty for the weekends as well. We'll see if he makes pace of play better.
very nice. course great shape. club house under remodel. open for some things.
Golf Course an upgrade and very pleasant compared to when I came in 2017. I will definitely come again Memorial weekend 2021.
course is in great shape.. look for coupons, pricy. beer cost as much as the round. fun place to play.
Had a blast out first time here...and 1st time for my 11yr old at a driving range....Got a large bucket for the driving range...80 balls 10 bucks. Had a great time on putting chipping green after. Tall guy at the counter was really nice. Will definitely return next time we are in lodi for sure.
Nice & open, yet challenging enough to keep you focused on your game. Greens are a little better than it was last year. I recommend playing there at least a couple rounds before judging it.
Played the Micke Grove Golf Course for the first time ever as part of a foursome & had an enjoyable round. Course was in good shape. We rode but could have walked.
