True You offers a range of classes in Bikram, hot Vinyasa, Inferno Hot Pilates, and Yin Yoga. Finish your workout off with a post-workout recovery drink from their "True Juice" juice bar or browse through their boutique full of workout wear, jewelry, and local artwork.
I’ve been consistently going to classes at this studio for a couple months now and I absolutely LOVE it. The classes are fantastic. The instructors are amazing. The energy and atmosphere are truly exceptional. If you’re looking for a welcoming place that will make you feel your best, this is it. I couldn’t recommend True You any more highly.
Love this place, people is amazing, instructors always encourage me to keep going and I just try and keep trying, however I feel better and planning to keep going, best investment on myself
10/5 stars for this lovely place. Was visiting home last year for xmas from the East coast and was so excited to see a hot yoga studio. The teachers are incredible, so welcoming, and I could tell Lisa has really built up a strong and dedicated community. If I stil lived in CA I would be here every day. Incredible studio and incredible people!!
