Located in Stockton's historic Miracle Mile shopping district, True You Yoga Stockton is committed to your health and believes a consistent practice will change your life and your health in amazing ways. True You offers a range of classes in Bikram, hot Vinyasa, Inferno Hot Pilates, and Yin Yoga. Finish your workout off with a post-workout recovery drink from their "True Juice" juice bar or browse through their boutique full of workout wear, jewelry, and local artwork.

Came to check it out while I was in town and I was very impressed. I've tried hot vinyasa and Pilates. The instructors were very knowledgeable and gave good tips to engage my muscles and achieve balance. Classes do get packed, I recommend getting in early, but I've seen students are respectful and make space. The facility is very clean, the classes start on time and the students are encouraging and respectful as are the instructors. Well taken care of establishment with a good community. I look forward to training here again.
Love this place! Hands down the hottest studio in the 209! If you’re looking to push yourself mentally and physically harder than you’ve ever pushed yourself this is the place to be. I started back in December and I’ve been hooked ever since. My training had really hit a plateau lately so the hot yoga and Pilates has been so effective at getting me the results I’ve been working towards for years now.
I’ve been consistently going to classes at this studio for a couple months now and I absolutely LOVE it. The classes are fantastic. The instructors are amazing. The energy and atmosphere are truly exceptional. If you’re looking for a welcoming place that will make you feel your best, this is it. I couldn’t recommend True You any more highly.
