  Chinese sausage, smoked bacon, egg, peas, carrot, garlic butter, scallion, topped with a sunny side up egg.

• Vegan roll
  Vegan ham, carrot, cabbage, mushroom, vermicelli noodles and tofu.
• Salt & Pepper Tofu Fresh deep fried tofu, with bell pepper, and onion.

  Rice with cilantro, corn, peas, & vegan ham.

• Pork Skewers
  Two (2) skewers of marinaded in lemongrass, shallot oil, sesame, served with a fish sauce vinaigrette.
• Shrimp Rocket 
  One (1) roll of ground round pork, vermicelli, carrot, taro, wood-ear mushroom, & whole shrimp.
• Garlic Noodles (side)
  Thin pasta, Parmesan cheese, garlic butter & shrimp.

• Jackfruit Salad
  Young jackfruit, vegan ham, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and Vietnamese coriander served with sesame rice crackers,
