Overview
The mission of the Downtown Stockton Alliance (DSA) is to promote business, housing, arts and entertainment to help create a vibrant, sustainable, urban community in Downtown Stockton.
DSA manages the Property-based Downtown Business Improvement District. They are a non-profit private/public corporation uniting almost 1,000 property owners and downtown businesses. The DSA was incorporated in 1996 as a 501(c)(6) corporation and officially began operations in 1998. Their focus is to highlight positivity in Downtown Stockton and keep locals informed.

Great organization they help workers who's bosses are trying to take advantage of by not paying them for their labor all you got to do is show proof of your work and they do what they can to help you get paid what you deserve.
