Live Music at the Haggin: Yukiko Matsuyama on the Koto
Award-winning international recording artist Yukiko Matsuyama will be performing on the traditional Koto at the Haggin Museum Thursday, June 4 at 7pm. Matsuyama is well known for her amazing musical talent as well as performing with Shakira at the Latin Grammys and recording with Paul Winter on his Grammy Award-winning album Miho: Journey to the Mountain. You do not want to miss this epic musical evening at the Haggin.

Legendary Country singer LeAnn Rhimes makes her way to the iconic Bob Hope Fox Theatre Friday, June 5! For over three decades, Rhimes has delivered hit after hit in her career, earning her two Grammy Awards, twelve Billboard Music Awards, two World Music Awards, and three Academy of Country Music Awards. What better way to spend your Friday night than experiencing a Country superstar?!
Super Saturday: Ghostbusters Day at the Children's Museum of Stockton
The Terror Dog Squad returns for Super Saturday at the Children's Museum of Stockton on Saturday, June 6th from 10am - 1pm. They will be leading fun games and activities that include a slime lab, special scavenger hunt, and plenty more. A general admission ticket gets you access to all of this, so get the family together and join the fun.
Annual Cat Fish Derby at Shumway Oak Grove Regional Park
Once again, the Annual Catfish Derby returns to Shumway Oak Grove Regional Park Saturday, June 6 from 6am - 12:30pm. Open to everyone, this derby features over 1,500 lbs. of catfish planted prior to the derby. Kids 15 and under fish for free and there is no registration fee. Just be sure to have a $5 fish permit and a valid CA fishing license for everyone 16 and older. Also, parking is $6. Enjoy this Stockton tradition at this beautiful park.
Also, be sure to come to the park on the night of Saturday, June 20 for Astronomy in the Park!
The Skedaddle Bubble Run
Kaiser Permanente's Skedaddle Bubble Run makes its way to Michael Faklis Park Sunday, June 7 starting at 8 am. Those wishing to take part in it will have the option of running/walking a 5k or 10k while the kiddos (12 and under) take part in a 1k. There will be plenty of food, music, and a finish line festival you won't want to miss out on. Be sure to register by May 31 as registration will not be available on the day of the race. We'll see you at the starting line!
51st Annual Jewish Food Fair & Temple Israel's 176th Anniversary
Take part in a big DUAL celebration happening at Temple Israel Stockton on Sunday, June 7 as they honor the 176th anniversary of Temple Israel and the 51st annual Jewish Food Fair! Kicking off at 9:30 am, there will be a variety of traditional Jewish foods prepared by the Temple membership on display for you to savor and enjoy. Their brunch special includes lox & bagel or corned beef on rye with sides. On top of all that, admission and parking is FREE!

Events at the San Joaquin Fairgrounds
Honor our amazing military women with the Inaugural Women Veteran & Military Service Member Summit happening Friday, June 12 from 9am - 4pm. Hosted by Warrioress League 209, this event provides a space where women veterans are seen, supported, and empowered to thrive beyond their service.
Also at San Joaquin Fairgrounds is the community celebration of freedom as the San Joaquin County Juneteenth Foundation holds the annual Stockton Juneteenth Festival Saturday, June 20 from 12 - 9pm. This event will be filled with the honoring of the great contributions of local African Americans past, present, and future, live gospel, R&B and Soul music, poetry, exhibits, art, vendors, history, and so much more!
FatherFest 2026
A celebration of fathers and their children is going down at Yosemite Street Village on Saturday, June 13. FatherFest 2026 kicks off at 10 am with a perfect day of food, music, and activities for dads and the whole family. This FREE event is open to all to attend, so make your way over.
5th Annual Taste of the Mile - Boot Scottin' Boogie
At this year's Taste of the Mile, it's a country vibe! Happening Saturday, June 13 from 5:30 - 10 pm, Tuxedo Court will have delicious appetizers from local restaurants, live music from local bands, and a fantastic silent auction. Embrace the western theme and enjoy the night with our community.
Stockton Cruise Night at Waterloo's Gun & Bocce Club
Stockton Cruise Night at Waterloo's Gun & Bocce Club returns Friday, June 26 at 6 pm and goes down every fourth Friday thru October. Enjoy a night of custom, classic, and lowrider cars at this great family event that also features local vendors, artists, and food & cocktails available on-site from Heritage Dining & Provisions.

Annual Wine Tasting Benefit at Pixie Woods
June means it's time to sip some wine and raise funds for one of Stockton's most loved spots. The Annual Wine Tasting Benefit at Pixie Woods is happening Friday, June 19 at Pixie Woods from 5 - 8 pm. Featuring vintners from California’s most prestigious wine regions, delicious hors d’oeuvres, and different musical acts scattered throughout the park, this is a night filled with fun, food, and an overall good time. Plus, there's a silent auction as well. Enjoy some wine and help out Pixie Woods!
NOTE: As of May 1, 2026, the train and boat at Pixie Woods are currently unavailable. They will be undergoing needed service. Return to operation TBA at a later date.
Stockton PRIDE 2026
The PRIDE celebration is all month long! Central Valley Gender Health and Wellness is hosting their Stockton PRIDE 2026 event Saturday, June 20 (location to be announced). Kicking off at 10am, this will be a vibrant and all-inclusive celebration of LGBTQIA+ pride, love, and community! There will be live entertainment featuring singers, bands, spoken word, local vendors, community resources, food, drinks and more. Be out, proud, and celebrate with the community!

Stockton Waterfront 3rd Annual Smooth Jazz Fest
Enjoy the sweet sounds of jazz at Weber Point Events Center as Stockton Waterfront 3rd Annual Smooth Jazz Fest takes place June 20 & 21.
