What better way to spend time with family and friends on a summer evening than by listening to live music - especially outdoors!? Concerts in the Park returns once again to Victory Park, directly behind the Haggin Museum! Bring a picnic basket and enjoy a free musical lineup, all summer long. Concerts kick off the first Wednesday in June and continue each Wednesday through August. The San Joaquin County Fair takes place from June 3 to June 5 at the San Joaquin County Fairgrounds. Offering new and improved experiences and fair hours of operation, this is the year to see for yourself what all the buzz is about. The fair still has all the features a family could ask for —a livestock kid-friendly petting zoo, community agriculture exhibits, arts and crafts, everyone’s favorite carnival rides and fair foods, live music, but there is also so much more. Bring your family down to Oak Park on Sunday, June 12 from 10 am to 4 pm, and celebrate PRIDE with you and yours. Headed by the San Joaquin PRIDE Center, this event will hold a picnic with food provided, as well as games, music, and a chili cook-off. Join the community celebration of freedom as the San Joaquin County Juneteenth Foundation holds the annual Stockton Juneteenth Festival at beautiful Weber Point on Saturday, June 18 from 10 am to 6 pm. This event will be filled with the honoring of the great contributions of local African Americans past, present, and future, live gospel, R&B and Soul music, poetry, exhibits, art, vendors, history, and so much more!

San Joaquin AgFest kicks off Friday, June 10 to June 18 at the San Joaquin County Fairgrounds. AgFest is named one of the largest junior livestock shows and auctions in the county, providing scholarships to local youths who participate in the program.
