95th Annual McKee Student Art Contest & Exhibition
Happening January 29 through March 15, the work of student artists from kindergarten through grade 12 will be on display for this annual tradition at the Haggin Museum. This long-running student competition encourages students by providing a public venue for their artwork. On average, about 1,000 pieces of their creativity will be on display for the public to witness. Celebrate young local artists by checking out their beautiful work.

Black & White Masquerade: CMC Annual Gala
Community Medical Centers once again presents their annual Black & White Masquerade on Saturday, February 7, at Stockton Golf & Country Club. From 6 to 10pm, guests are required to arrive in black and/or white formal attire and encouraged to wear masquerade masks for the added mystery. Proceeds from the gala will go towards CMC building their new Adolescent Health Center in downtown Stockton, where young people can access early, life-changing care and begin their journey toward healthy adulthood.

Monster X Tour
The most competitive monster trucks in the country make their way to Stockton with the Monster X Tour, coming to the Adventist Health Arena on Saturday, February 7. Attendees will enjoy TWO monster shows featuring these amazing, car-crushing behemoths compete in racing, wheelie contests, and amazing freestyle action. Bring the family and enjoy every second!
Tim Allen at the Bob Hope Fox Theatre
Referred to as the "crown jewel" of Stockton, The Bob Hope Fox Theatre has quite the legacy here in our city. Performing live on its stage on Saturday, February 7 is the legendary funny man himself, Tim Allen. Having started his entertainment career as a comedian, Allen is well known for his '90s hit series Home Improvement as well as The Santa Clause films & series and the Toy Story franchise. Returning to his standup roots, Allen will be bringing his hilarious talents to Stockton, and you don't want to miss it.

Music & Theatre
We have a plethora of beautiful music and theatre happening in Stockton this month, including the production of Grand Horizons at Stockton Civic Theatre. Happening February 20 through March 7, this show tells the tale of Nancy, who wants to divorce Bill, her husband of fifty years. While Bill is unfazed by it, their adult sons are rocked by the news, sending all four on a reckoning of their own imperfect past and new expressions of their love.

Black Businesses Unite!
Experience the finest Black/African American entrepreneurs in and around Stockton as San Joaquin Delta College's holds the Black Businesses Unite! event on Saturday, February 21. More than twenty business vendors will be on-site representing various services, arts, food, beauty, health, clothing, and so much more. Spend a few hours with these amazing entrepreneurs at this empowering event.
StocktonCon Winter
Adventist Health Arena is also home to our biannually pop culture extravaganza known as StocktonCon! Happening February 28 & March 1, the arena will be packed with all forms of popular media ranging from film and television to comics, anime, and manga. Special guests featured this year are All Elite Wresting (AEW) stars like Jack Perry, Luchasaurus, and Anna Jay, as well as voice actors Kat Cressida (Archer, Dexter's Laboratory, Phineas & Ferb), John Morris (Andy in Toy Story), Grey DeLisle (Raven in Teen Titans), and James C. Burns (Call of Duty). Plus, animation and comic book artists Jessica Fong (Poison Ivy, Deadpool), Drew Johnson (Wonder Woman, Supergirl), and Tony Fleecs (Stray Dogs, Feral) will be in attendance.
Sports
Bring your kiddos down to Adventist Heath Arena on Wednesday, February 25 for the special Education Day game of the Stockton Kings vs Iowa Wolves. Going down from 11am - 1pm, kids will receive an Education Day booklet with trivia, crosswords, coloring, and more. Plus, community organizations and non-profits will line the concourse with educational activities for the kids to take part in. You don't want to miss this.
